W3 Wow and wonder – Jan24-30
WOW
-Nowadays, due to the rapid development of information technology, the half-life of knowledge has been shortened so much so that learners are entering various fields throughout their lives. Formal schooling no longer occupies the bulk of learning. Learning and work may not be separated.
WONDER
-Technology is changing our brains, and the tools we use to define and shape our thinking. I wonder if technology in the future is sophisticated enough to not require the human brain to function, will humans still need to learn? How should we understand knowledge?
